In-Store Shopping

Yes, we have a physical store in Victoria, BC at 1976 Oak Bay Avenue.  Our Integrated Health Clinic is also located here.

ViVi Therapy Shop offers an in store shopping experience and carries all of our clinic equipment and supplies. You can view tables and other equipment here by requesting a good time to come in.  Contact our admin on 250 298 4484 or email 

Operating an integrated health clinic allows us to have first hand knowledge on your needs and wants for full clinic set up.  Give us a call or email to request an estimate or advice on what specific equipment is best suited for your therapeutic services.

Placing Orders

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Debit, Cash and E-Transfer. If your only credit card is Amex we can arrange payment through our admin however, please be aware the merchant fees are considerably higher on Amex cards and we will only do this on a case by case basis.

Our ecommerce store has SSL encryption and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

An order will take 1-3 business days to process. Once you receive your receipt your order is shipped or ready for pick up.  Read your receipt for pick up details. Leave us notes at check out if you have special instructions for your order.

We work Monday-Friday and we are closed most statutory holidays so please keep this in mind when making an order. We ship direct from our store and warehouse  and orders are processed with your best interest top of mind:)

On orders over $900 we can discuss a payment plan that best suits your needs. We can split payments with an initial deposit that works with your budget.  We will finance a purchase until delivery and take the remaining payment then. This is especially a good option when buying clinic equipment.  It allows you to have the clinic set up you need without the risk of it not being in stock when you need it.

In the end, we are flexible and would like to help you start or maintain your practice with ease.

NB. Stores offering auto generated payment plans have two short falls.  The seller has to charge more or offer less incentives to buyers because the cost of the feature is up 6% of the overall cost of costs. Also check the fine print because when it comes to purchases over 1200.00- 1500.00 auto plans are not usually eligible. Be sure to give us a call on 250 298 4484 or email. If you are having trouble processing your online order it may not be your card.  We have fairly tight parameters on how the input of your billing info must match to the information linked to your card. Feel free to try again and be sure to have the correct address, postal code, and CVV number to match the card you are using.  You will need to create an account to make an online order through us but this is a safety feature and will allow you ease of ordering for subsequent orders and tracking.

We do accept debit Visa & debit Mastercard  at this time and we can process your order over the phone if you want to give us a call during our store hours (PST). Discount Pricing

All of our prices are geared towards professionals. We do sell to the public as well for a home therapy set up or rental items etc.  This being said, we offer a coupon for new clients and discounts on bulk orders for those opening a new practice/clinic. We also offer detailed estimates if you are wanting our professional advice on your must haves when starting out or expanding.

We offer $18.99 flat-rate shipping for items under 20lbs that are being shipped in Canada. Some exclusions apply. Small packages destined to Vancouver and lower mainland can be shipped for $9.99. Be sure to reach out if ordering small items and gifts.

If you opt for curbside delivery, the truck will get as close as it can to your clinic or house and take the item out of the truck. The responsibility of getting this item from the curb to your clinic or house then becomes yours.

Please consult our Spare Parts page or contact us directly to see what can be purchased to resolve any issues outside of warranty. ViVi Therapy carries spare parts for the tables we sell as well they can be retrofitted to keep other brands out of the landfill and still operating.  We have a lot more parts than listed on our site so if you need help we are here.
