Return & Exchange Policy

ViVi Therapy strives to ensure a quick and easy process for returns and in store/online credits. We understand that you might change your mind or your circumstance might change after a purchase. 

To avoid disappointment, and to be completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the following policy information on our returns and or exchanges. 

Returns:

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), provided you have obtained RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval. After 14 days, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days from the delivery date.

We do not offer USA/International return labels.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a sellable condition. Opened or used products, as well as items marked as final sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange. Special orders discounted for professional bulk pricing will be determined on a per case basis. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong item, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item. The return process for the incorrect item will be handled separately. If you no longer need an item, please contact us at sale@vivitherapshop.com.

Damaged and Defective Items:

Upon receiving a damaged or defective item, please report it to us immediately. Include pictures and a detailed description of the issue so that we can assist you in troubleshooting. A proof of purchase is required to process a warranty replacement.  

If an electric table or stationary table has malfunctioned, either on or off the warranty period, we can troubleshoot the issue; please note that we will request a serial number to verify the item.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

Certain products fall under categories that, for hygiene or other reasons, cannot be returned. These include:

  • Massage lotions, oils, gels, creams, essential oils, and skin care products (unless in the original package with seals intact).
  • Used or washed massage table sheets, covers, linens, or bolster covers.
  • We cannot accept returns on used vibration devices for hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused, original packaging and resellable condition can only be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • Any unpackaged linen, heat pad or patient items that renders them unsellable. 
  • Stools cannot be returned once assembled as they cannot be dismantled to fit in original packaging. 
  • PPE or related sanitary items.
  • Items marked as final sale or “as-is.”

Carrier Responsibility:

ViVi Therapy does not hold responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
