Yes, we have a physical store in Victoria, BC at 1976 Oak Bay Avenue.  Our Integrated Health Clinic is also located here.

ViVi Therapy Shop offers an in store shopping experience and carries all of our clinic equipment and supplies. You can view tables and other equipment here by requesting a good time to come in.  Contact our admin on 250 298 4484 or email 

Operating an integrated health clinic allows us to have first hand knowledge on your needs and wants for full clinic set up.  Give us a call or email to request an estimate or advice on what specific equipment is best suited for your therapeutic services.

We only accept pre-paid orders for in-store pickup. Orders can be placed online, by phone (250-298-4484), or by email. Items cannot be held without payment.

Our Oak Bay store is open Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm. Closed on Statutory Holidays.

Even when the clinic is open for appointments, the store is closed and general access to the clinic is not allowed without an appointment.

Viewings must be scheduled during store hours to avoid interruptions to clinic treatments. Email us to schedule a viewing

Yes, we now have wheelchair access. Please call us at 250-298-4484 when you arrive so we can provide access through 1974 Oak Bay Ave.

Placing Orders

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Debit, Cash and E-Transfer. If your only credit card is Amex we can arrange payment through our admin however, please be aware the merchant fees are considerably higher on Amex cards and we will only do this on a case by case basis.

Our ecommerce store has SSL encryption and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

Orders take 2–3 business days to process. Once you receive your receipt, your order is shipped or ready for pickup. Check your receipt for pickup & tracking details.

On orders over $900 we can discuss a payment plan that best suits your needs. We can split payments with an initial deposit that works with your budget.  We will finance a purchase until delivery and take the remaining payment then. This is especially a good option when buying clinic equipment.  It allows you to have the clinic set up you need without the risk of it not being in stock when you need it.

NB. Stores offering auto generated payment plans have two short falls.  The seller has to charge more or offer less incentives to buyers because the cost of the feature is up 6% of the overall cost of costs. Also check the fine print because when it comes to purchases over 1200.00- 1500.00 auto plans are not usually eligible. Be sure to give us a call on 250 298 4484 or email. If you are having trouble processing your online order it may not be your card.  We have fairly tight parameters on how the input of your billing info must match to the information linked to your card. Feel free to try again and be sure to have the correct address, postal code, and CVV number to match the card you are using.  You will need to create an account to make an online order through us but this is a safety feature and will allow you ease of ordering for subsequent orders and tracking.

All of our prices are geared towards professionals. We do sell to the public as well for a home therapy set up or rental items etc.  This being said, we offer a coupon for new clients and discounts on bulk orders for those opening a new practice/clinic. Electric Tables

Yes. Electric tables can be viewed in our Oak Bay Clinic in Victoria during store hours. An appointment is required to avoid interruptions to clinic treatments. Email us at sales@vivitherapyshop.com to schedule a viewing.

Yes, we offer curbside delivery. Local delivery rates: Victoria $150 + GST, Vancouver Area $125.

If your table is defective or damaged, email us at sales@vivitherapyshop.com immediately. Include:

  • Sales Receipt or Order Number
  • Videos showing the issue (no sheets on the table please)
  • Photo of the Table Serial number (on the frame that attaches to the tabletop, not the motor)

Keep the table clean using mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals. Regularly check bolts and connections for safety. Refer to the user manual for full care instructions.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Due to high U.S. duties and brokerage fees, we’ve paused shipping to the USA to avoid extra costs for our customers.

Shipping costs vary by weight. We offer $18.99 flat-rate shipping for orders under 20 lbs to select regions in Canada. Some exclusions apply.

We provide curbside delivery only. The driver will bring the table to the curb closest to your clinic or home, and you are responsible for moving it inside.

If you prefer white glove delivery, please contact us for a quote. This service is available at a much higher rate.

• Vancouver: $125

We also offer pick-up options at our 3 locations. Call to verify stock.

We reserve the right to add up to $10 in extra shipping charges for larger or heavier items without prior consultation to help expedite your order. For additional charges over $10, we will contact you for authorization before processing.

If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the carrier may charge a correction fee, which is your responsibility.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout, the carrier may apply an address correction or re-delivery fee. Any fees charged by the carrier due to address errors are the responsibility of the customer.

To avoid issues, please double-check your address details (including unit numbers and postal code) before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Please consult our Spare Parts page or contact us directly to see what can be purchased to resolve any issues outside of warranty. ViVi Therapy carries spare parts for the tables we sell as well they can be retrofitted to keep other brands out of the landfill and still operating.  We have a lot more parts than listed on our site so if you need help we are here.
