Local Pickup
ViVi Therapy has 4 Pick-up Locations on the West Coast of Canada:
3 are on Vancouver Island, this includes 2 locations in Victoria, 1 in Ladysmith (near Nanaimo) and 1 is on Main Street in Vancouver.
Please note our pick up services for prepaid products are subject to availability. We have our full inventory available along with in store shopping in Victoria. If you are wanting to pick up in Vancouver or Ladysmith contact us for ready times and any availability questions you may have.
All items must be pre-paid prior to pickup and purchases can be made online, by email or over the phone.
We understand sometimes our customers need products overnight or with very short lead times. We do provide Helijet courier services to Downtown Vancouver at reasonable rates. This is pick up only.
Our website provides real time shipping rates. However, small packages (its an algorithm thing) can quote too high or too low on occasion. If the shipping doesn’t look quite right please feel free to contact us for clarification or choose one of our flat rate options at check out and we can adjust the shipping accordingly.
If a pick-up at one of our locations is not ideal for you, we can ship anywhere in Canada & USA.
IN-STORE PICKUP
- Place an order online, by email or over the phone.
- Allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
- Receive order confirmation with pickup instructions.
- Arrive ready with your order number to the warehouse or store, and a member of staff will attend to your order.
The hours of our 4 locations differ, but we will let you know the hours and any other specific details you will need. with your order confirmation.
PICKUP in Vancouver
Items Available – Our Vancouver Location carries clinic equipment and supplies. Smaller items will be shipped from Victoria, please contact us for a list of available items for pick up in Vancouver.

Items Available – Full Store of Massage Supplies and Clinic Equipment (Tables & Chairs) including Oils, Lotions, Creams, Massage Tools, Sheets, Bolsters, Cushions, Towels, Stools, Heaters and Table Warmers, Trolleys, Stand up Desks, Acupuncture Products, Hot Stones, Cleaner, Gifts & More.
