Booking & Pricing (Variable by Frequency & Duration)
- Half-Day – 6 hours (5 treatments with buffer) → $125 + GST
- Full Day – 12 hours (10 treatments with buffer) → $199 + GST
- In most cases rent is covered by 1-2 treatments.

Room 4 is available Tuesday day through Sunday. Half-day blocks are highlighted above. If times are not suitable for this room check out our Rooms 1-2-3+5.

Practitioner-Managed Setup
- You manage all aspects of your practice – clients, tools, payments, billing and schedule.
- You supply your own oils, lotions, creams, cleaning products, and sheets/linens (or purchase from our store; on boarding bundle discounts available)
- Laundry service can be arranged.
Independent Practice Model
- Full revenue retention; no splits or commissions
- No reception or administrative services included
- Must hold valid registration and liability insurance
- Operate within your regulated scope of practice
First-Time Booking Requirement:
All new practitioners must complete a short online approval form prior to their first booking. Approval is typically completed within 24 hours.
ViVi Therapy Clinic Independent Practitioner Rooms
Professional Verification Requirement- To maintain a safe, professional environment for practitioners and clients, we require verification of active registration and liability insurance prior to booking an Independent Practitioner room. Please provide: 1) Proof of current registration with your governing body in British Columbia (College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC for Massage Therapy and Acupuncture, or College of Health and Care Professionals of BC for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy) 2) Proof of valid professional liability insurance - These steps ensure all practitioners working within the clinic meet provincial regulatory and professional standards.
