Adding some simple stretching while giving a massage is a great way to add extra value and increase the benefits of your massage.

Stretching can easily be integrated into a massage especially for the legs, arms and feet.

Tips for successful stretching

Support the leg (arm or foot) fully, move slowly within a comfortable range, ask for feedback “can you feel that stretch?” and pay attention to breathing and body response. Stretching should feel relieving, not forced.
